WALKING THE TALK
Living with ADHD on a daily basis is hard! The challenges are often overwhelming, the successes are rarely consistent, and the solutions are almost always elusive. Having ADHD himself, Jason intimately understands the challenges that students and professionals can face in their day-to-day lives.
REFRESHINGLY OPTIMISTIC
Jason’s positive attitude towards ADHD inspires clients with hope and possibility. He helps clients to reframe the perceived hopelessness of their diagnosis into a condition, that when properly managed, can allow them to lead normal, productive lives.
Regularly misperceived and labelled as ‘stupid, lazy or crazy,’ self-esteem is often the first casualty of those with ADHD. Jason’s gentle yet outspoken style helps clients shift their focus from past ‘failures’ to the future, re-engaging with forgotten talents and discovering new strengths.
SUPERPOWERS
Society has a limited, myopic misperception of ADHD. Jason makes clients aware of the ‘super powers’ that are often overlooked and the many successful examples of innovators who found ways to transform their challenges into assets.
ACTION IS THE ANSWER
If procrastination is kryptonite for the ADHD’er, action is the cure. Jason relentlessly inspires clients to take deliberate action toward their objectives, transforming fear into confidence and ‘failures’ into lessons to be leveraged.
A HOLISTIC APPROACH
Jason takes a holistic approach to coaching, which includes teaching practical, empirical/research-based strategies to improve overall executive functioning, alongside the inclusion of non-medication solutions which seek to optimize diet, sleep and exercise as foundational supports to help clients best manage their ADHD. He patiently helps clients to effectively tackle often complex challenges, one by one.

LA VIE DANSANTE - INSATIABLY CURIOUS
Jason firmly believes that anything is possible in life, and he walks the walk. His life has been one of wanderlust and adventure, exploring distant corners of the globe in the most unconventional ways. From being the second person one year to climb Kilimanjaro to paragliding high over Mont Blanc’s glacier to sharing shisha with Saudis in a Bedouin tent in the desert, and to ‘scrubbing in’ with surgeons in the heart of the darkest jungles of the Congo, he believes in experiencing life to the fullest. Jason is a sailor whose anchor has touched the sands of many a Caribbean port, a licensed pilot who is still mesmerized by the magic of lift, an avid long-distance runner, and a kiteboarder in training. Most importantly, he is a partner and father of two. Jason draws from these life experiences to allow him to connect with his clients in a unique and inspiring way.
